EST Academy

EST Tactical Academy is a progressive training program designed to develop real-world performance through immersive, scenario-driven tactical instruction.

Built around adaptable learning and pressure-based decision-making, the Academy offers multiple levels of training designed for beginners, enthusiasts, professionals, teams, and leaders looking to improve confidence, communication, and execution under stress.

The program is divided into three core training paths:

Foundations Series (1 Hour) Focused training blocks centered on tactical fundamentals, movement, communication, and core skill development.

Extended Training Series (2 Hour) Expanded scenario-based training that introduces increased complexity, teamwork, live opposition forces, and performance under pressure.

Operator Series (Full Day – 8 Hour) Full-day immersive tactical experiences combining mission execution, leadership challenges, force-on-force engagements, and adaptive problem solving in dynamic environments.

After check-in, you’ll be briefed by an instructor on your mission objective, rules of engagement, and room layout. You’ll gear up, enter the Tactical Training Cell, and move through a live scenario — clearing rooms, identifying targets, and communicating as a team.

Each experience ends with a debrief, where you’ll review your performance, discuss decisions under pressure, and take away lessons you can apply in the field, on the job, or in everyday life.
