Who We Are

Echo Sierra Tactical began as Sean’s vision.

After more than 15 years of combined service in the United States Marine Corps and private military contracting, and later leading and scaling multiple businesses, he saw a gap. Leadership was often discussed, but rarely experienced under pressure. Teams were trained in theory rather than in moments that required clear thinking, communication, and adaptability.

He wanted to build something different. Challenging. Immersive. Real. And something people would genuinely enjoy stepping into.

This exists because of that vision. The rest of us are here because we believed in it and chose to help bring it to life.

Today, that vision is carried forward by four leaders with nearly a century of combined military service, 20+ combat deployments across the team, and decades of executive and operational leadership.

Sean built and scaled organizations from the ground up, transforming underperforming companies into disciplined, accountable operations. Liz served 12 years in the United States Air Force, beginning her career enlisted before commissioning as an officer, and went on to build and lead enterprise PMO functions across global portfolios, helping organizations bring clarity and structure to complex environments. Mike served 24 years in the Air Force, where readiness and execution were daily standards. Amy served 25 years in the Air Force, culminating in a Command Chief role advising senior leadership across a 1,500 person organization.

Across our careers, we have led crisis response operations, managed large-scale portfolios, built teams from scratch, and operated in environments where hesitation had consequences. Those experiences shaped how we think about performance.

We believe people grow when they are stretched. We believe pressure, when structured and intentional, reveals strengths and exposes gaps. And we believe the challenge can be both serious and energizing.
